Flight Attendant Confessions – Volume 4.
One of the best things about being a flight attendant is the ability to travel all over the world. From continent to continent, there are countless places to explore between shifts. So what are some of the best?
In this article, we’ll discover some of their favorite destinations, and why we should all book a ticket to these beautiful locales.
Of all the places you’ve traveled, what was your favorite and why?
“I haven’t traveled internationally for work yet, only on my own. The great thing about this job is that it takes you to places you wouldn’t plan to go, like Austin, Texas (where I had a great time).”
“Different places for different reasons. For tropical, I love Bali. During winter, I like Lake Louise in Canada. My favorite European cities are Rome and Athens. And my favorite place to work is Sydney, Australia.”
“I had 5 days off so I went to Zurich, Switzerland. I rode bikes around the city and when I woke up early because of the time change, I ate bread and cheese at 3 a.m.”
“Vietnam. It’s a beautiful country with wonderful people. It’s also still affordable.”
“Iceland is breathtaking, from the northern lights to the Blue Lagoon. New Zealand has the glow worm caves, zorbing, luge, and blackwater rafting. And Thailand is scenic and a great place to relax and get away from everything.”
“London because it has stylish fashion and the people have good values.”
“I’m a domestic flight attendant. Over the years I would rather layover in smaller cities than big ones.”
